Subject Leader Directories and Groups
Reach out to subject leaders to ask questions and share resources.
Hello Curriculum Thinkers,
Faculty, department and subject leadership are up there with the hardest jobs in a school.
Middle leaders are the engine rooms. They drive the curriculum, teaching and outcomes forward.
But we know there are three huge barriers that make it even harder:
Time - to plan, meet, train, create and more.
Resources - both a lack of and a huge demand to make them.
Expertise - one person departments have limited amount and are often isolated and big bigger departments can have a wide range.
Now with our National Subject Directories you can:
⏰ Save time - meet more subject leaders in the 10 mins it takes you to apply than you might meet in your whole career.*
📎 Share resources - ask other subject leaders to share via the private group you’ll have access to or download from our shared drives.
💡 Tap into expertise - ask your peers questions, learn how they do things and see what training they delivered to their team.
(*There are 180+ schools in the Curriculum Thinkers Community now).
